- 11:30 Top 10 tips on how to build a dream team from leading HR professionals
- 12:00 Pitching – presentation of ideas, defining startup goals
- 13:00 Lunch break
- 14:00 Talent draft: selection work, where startups meet talents, mentor support in identification and selection
- 16:00 Integration of talents into the team, defining their tasks
- 17:00 Startup presentation by new team members, focusing on areas they will develop
